Mandoro Effect provides a high-touch coaching and travel preparation program designed to help clients develop confidence, social awareness, cultural understanding, and practical dating skills in an international setting.
The program may include educational coaching, dating profile review, communication guidance, cultural orientation, travel preparation, venue recommendations, social planning support, and post-activity reflection or feedback.
Mandoro Effect is not a dating app, matchmaking service, escort service, travel agency, therapy provider, medical provider, or legal advisor. The program is educational and experiential in nature and is intended to support personal development, confidence-building, and cultural navigation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use this website, submit an application, or participate in any Mandoro Effect program.
Participants are solely responsible for confirming that they are legally permitted to travel internationally, enter Peru, remain in Peru for the intended duration of travel, and comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Mandoro Effect reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue communication with any applicant or participant at its discretion, including where participation may not be appropriate, safe, lawful, or aligned with the program’s standards.
4. Applications & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Mandoro Effect program. Applications are reviewed individually to help determine whether the program appears to be an appropriate fit for the applicant’s goals, expectations, and readiness.
Information submitted through an application may be used to evaluate program fit, communicate with applicants, ask follow-up questions, and determine potential next steps.
Mandoro Effect may accept, decline, or defer any application at its sole discretion. Mandoro Effect is not required to provide a reason for any application decision.

8. Client Responsibility & Personal Conduct

Clients are solely responsible for their own words, actions, decisions, communications, online activity, travel decisions, and interactions with other individuals. Mandoro Effect neither directs nor controls a client's personal conduct and cannot supervise individual behavior outside of scheduled coaching interactions.
Nothing presented through the program should be interpreted as encouraging manipulation, harassment, coercion, discrimination, unlawful conduct, or behavior that violates the rights, boundaries, or consent of another person. Clients are expected to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws throughout their participation.
Mandoro Effect shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from a client's personal decisions, statements, actions, omissions, relationships, communications, or conduct, whether occurring during or after participation in the program.
9. Travel & Third-Party Services
Mandoro Effect may provide recommendations regarding accommodations, restaurants, transportation providers, attractions, nightlife venues, local events, or other third-party businesses to assist clients in planning their experience. These recommendations are offered solely for informational purposes.
Mandoro Effect does not own, operate, manage, or control any third-party business, venue, service provider, or event and makes no representation regarding the quality, safety, availability, legality, pricing, or suitability of any third-party products or services.
Clients remain solely responsible for selecting, booking, purchasing, and participating in any third-party service or activity. Any agreement entered into with a third party is solely between the client and that third party.
Mandoro Effect shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, injuries, property damage, theft, illness, accidents, criminal acts, transportation issues, weather events, political events, or any other circumstance arising from travel or the actions of third parties.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Mandoro Effect is committed to providing thoughtful coaching, practical guidance, and an immersive learning experience. However, personal development depends upon many factors that are outside the control of Mandoro Effect.
Participation in the program does not guarantee dating success, romantic relationships, friendships, social opportunities, confidence, personal transformation, business opportunities, travel experiences, or any other specific outcome.
Individual results vary based upon each client's effort, mindset, communication skills, personal circumstances, and willingness to apply what they learn. Testimonials or examples shared by Mandoro Effect represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
11. Assumption of Risk
Participation in an international coaching and travel program involves inherent risks, including those associated with international travel, transportation, public venues, nightlife, physical activity, interactions with other individuals, changing local conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
By choosing to participate in the program, clients acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept responsibility for their own health, safety, decisions, travel arrangements, and personal property throughout the duration of the program.
Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance, maintain adequate medical coverage, understand local laws and customs, safeguard their belongings, and exercise sound judgment throughout their travels.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mandoro Effect, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of this website, participation in the program, travel, or reliance upon any information provided by Mandoro Effect.
